About museum

The Museum of the Orekhovo-Zuyevo Region presents to residents and visitors of the district the historical, natural and cultural heritage of the region, as well as the contribution of regional culture to world civilization. The main exhibition hall (70 sq. m.) displays the history and industrial development of the district's three urban and ten rural settlements from the earliest times to the present. The museum's showcases contain objects and photographic materials reflecting the region's history, archaeology, ethnography, folk crafts and local industries.
