About museum

The 30th Coastal Armored Turret Battery is a unique museum complex that reflects the genius of its designers and architects, the dedication of the builders, and the heroism of the sailors who defended Sevastopol during World War II. This site became a symbol of Victory in 1945. Here visitors can see the powerful gun turrets as well as the underground communications that allowed the artillerymen to operate independently for extended periods.
