The Liza Chaikina Museum and Exhibition Center is one of the branches of the Tver Regional House of Folk Art. Visitors come here to learn about traditional folk art from all over Russia and beyond. The center hosts international, all-Russian and interregional exhibitions, seminars, conferences, master classes and other events. In addition, it has a collection of works of traditional folk art. The museum's creative team has developed conceptual and educational projects, such as exhibitions of visual and decorative-applied arts, artistic crafts and trades. There is also a school of craftsmanship for primary and secondary school pupils where they can acquire skills in traditional artistic crafts. The museum also offers master classes for children and artisans, guided tours, traditional celebrations, seminars and creative laboratories.
