The museum has exhibitions about the lives and combat activities of people who took part in the Great Patriotic War. It displays historical documents, photographs, military items, memorial objects and other exhibits. The museum is intended to help people understand the past and make the right decisions in the present.
On December 6, 2005, in the settlement of Orshanka, the Museum of Military Glory was opened, dedicated to the generation of servicemen of 1941–1945. The museum operates under the motto 'No one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten' and is engaged in the military-patriotic education of young people. The museum's collection includes 50 items of demilitarized weapons from the Great Patriotic War. The museum displays historical documents, photographs, military items, memorial objects and other exhibits that allow one to understand the past and make the right decisions in the present. The Museum of Military Glory is a memorial to the immortal generation of heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
