Obraztsov Puppet Theatre Museum is one of the largest museums in Russia and the world, offering more than four thousand items in its collection. It brings together works by a host of masters of art, literature, and theatre led by S. V. Obraztsov. The museum displays puppets from various countries in Europe, Asia, North and Latin America, and Australia, as well as pieces created for the professional puppet theatre of the 20th century. Admission costs 200 rubles; children under 7 may visit the museum free of charge. Patrons holding a ticket to a performance are not charged extra for entry to the museum.
