About museum

Rubankov's Museum of Antique Tools is a place where the tradition of Russian carpentry is preserved and continued. It features a collection of more than 2,000 examples of tools and implements for various crafts — English, German, French, Russian and Soviet, as well as from other countries. The museum hosts lectures and master classes on carpentry techniques, and you can also purchase handmade work by Russian craftsmen.
