The Spasskoye Museum named after V.A. Starodubtsev is located in the village of Spasskoye in the Novomoskovsky District of the Tula Region. The museum's collection was assembled from the holdings of the Tula Museum of Fine Arts. It is a unique collection of paintings of the 18th–19th centuries, as well as folk and applied arts. The museum serves as an art-education center. Various museum-pedagogical and educational programs for children take place here: 'We Enter the World of Beauty', 'Winter Tale', 'Museum's Birthday' and others.
