In the center of Saint Petersburg, on Vasilyevsky Island, stands the apartment building of Leonty Nikolaevich Benois. The apartment where the architect lived has been recreated by the descendants of the famous architect, who live in Russia and abroad. Visiting us, you will be able to learn many interesting things about the life of L. N. Benois, his large talented family, and his work. You will have the opportunity to view unique family archives, rare photographs and works by Leonty Nikolaevich himself as well as works by his descendants. The programs of our cultural center are varied and include not only an introduction to the permanent exhibition but also works by contemporary artists, members of the Benois family, in various techniques and materials. Conferences and meetings are also held. The director of the salon, Anastasia Olegovna, greets visitors, and a most interesting walk begins through the antique interiors with numerous exhibits, photo albums, paintings, sculpture, graphic works, ceramics and much more. The second part of the salon event continues with concerts by professional musicians following a specially prepared program (the theme is always indicated in the announcement of the upcoming concert). Guests are also offered tea at a large table with samovars! You will receive a warm welcome and be introduced to an engaging, rich program!
