About museum

City Clinical Hospital No. 25 is the successor of Central Medical-Sanitary Unit No. 25, established in 1950 to carry out examinations, treatment and rehabilitation of workers in the atomic industry and energy sector. From 1991 to 1996 the reorganization of CMU-25 had to be undertaken due to changes in the country's healthcare system. In 1997 CMU-25 was transferred to the medical and preventive institutions under the administration of Novosibirsk Oblast. The reorganization was completed in March 1998 following a decree by the Mayor of Novosibirsk. As a result, the Municipal Healthcare Institution 'Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 25' was created. In December 2002, following an informational letter from the health department, the hospital's name was amended in accordance with the approved nomenclature.
