The Caspian Flotilla Museum aims to instill a spirit of patriotism in young people.

The Museum of History and Military Glory of the Caspian Flotilla is located in the Officers' House of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and offers more than 12 clubs, studios and sections attended by over 600 people of various ages. The exhibition occupies four halls and contains numerous authentic and military-historical materials dedicated to the Caspian Flotilla. The museum is part of the museum system of the Astrakhan Region and seeks to instill a spirit of patriotism in young people. Military-historical events and celebrations dedicated to the history and military glory of the Caspian Flotilla are held here.
