About museum

In 1895 a building was constructed that housed a hospital for war veterans. Previously it belonged to merchants and included warehouses and horse-drawn transport. During the Soviet era it housed City Therapeutic Hospital No. 5, and nearby stood the Kazakh Pedagogical Technical School.
