About museum
The museum permanently displays exhibitions that include original documents and photographs telling the story of the builders of the Bratsk Hydroelectric Power Station, the development of industry and the young industrial city. The museum also hosts art exhibitions and holds the archives of the newspaper "Ogni Angary" since 1955, the photo service of Bratskgesstroy, the personal documents of I. I. Naimushin, products of the Bratsk Ceramic Products Plant, and paintings and graphic works by N. T. Slastenko. The museum also has a spacious cinema hall with 70 seats, and the archive contains 17 documentary films. Various events are held here with the participation of war and labor veterans, schoolchildren and students, kindergarten children, as well as intergenerational meetings, lessons of courage, local history olympiads, and reading and song contests.
