Dynamo Museum
About museum
In 2023 the «Dynamo» Museum opened in the historic center of Moscow — a unique project that shapes the image of a new type of museum, where the 100-year history of the sports society is closely interwoven with the history of the country.
The museum's high-tech exhibition consists of several thematic zones, each of which allows visitors to immerse themselves in the past: see unique exhibits (more than 200), listen to the chronicle of those years, and witness past events.
At the museum you can see great symbols of Russian sporting victories — Lev Yashin's «Golden Ball» and the torch of the 1980 Olympics, view documents and rare photographs from athletes' archives. Among the museum's heroes are one of the founders of the Dynamo society, Pavel Uralets; the founder of sambo, Viktor Spiridonov; the founder of hockey in the USSR, Arkady Chernyshev; the legendary goalkeeper Lev Yashin; and many others.
The «Dynamo» Museum is also an extremely stylish place, while being technological and multimedia. For example, the total length of all five video projections is 39 meters. There are plenty of spots for souvenir photos. Visitors will also find interactive zones, quests, and a quiz that make the museum visit interesting and exciting.
Young visitors are invited to the game quiz «Become a Dynamo», which helps them learn more about sporting values and choose the sport that suits them.
It is also worth noting the impressive «Hall of Fame», which houses a large number of cups and awards, as well as the «Stadium» zone with a large animated model where you can observe the evolution of the «Dynamo» stadium during a colorful demonstration.
