Multimedia Museum of the New Chronology
About museum
The Multimedia Museum of the New Chronology is a unique place dedicated to the scientific theory presenting an alternative view of the chronology of events in world history, proposed by Russian mathematicians A. T. Fomenko, G. V. Nosovsky and T. N. Fomenko. It is located in the city center on the Volzhskaya Embankment in the former estate of the Kurakin princes and has 14 themed halls equipped with modern multimedia technology, including more than 70 active projector panels and projections, as well as a multimedia guide-navigator with elements of augmented reality. Here visitors can learn details about the construction of the Egyptian pyramids, the origin of Civilization, the birth of Christ, the Crusades, ancient maps of the Empire, and watch a film about the Battle of Kulikovo in a cozy cinema hall. In the foyer visitors can purchase souvenirs, films and books on the New Chronology signed by the authors.
