The museum houses valuable exhibits related to the life and work of N. E. Zhukovsky, as well as other members of the noble family. Festivals and master classes dedicated to the history and culture of the nobility are held on the museum grounds.
The Memorial House-Museum of the estate of Nikolai Yegorovich Zhukovsky in the village of Orekhovo is a unique historical site not only in Vladimir but in the central regions of Russia. The family of the well-known pioneer of aeronautics once lived here, and the noble estate has been restored with a history spanning more than two hundred years. Here you can see precious exhibits related to the life and work of N. E. Zhukovsky and other family members. Orekhovo offers stunning views and festivals dedicated to the history and culture of the nobility. It is one of the few Russian monuments of the past that has remained largely unchanged.
