The museum and exhibition complex is a large exhibition space where remarkable cultural heritage is presented to the public. The complex was established in 2018 by merging three cultural institutions: the Lyubertsy Local History Museum, the Museum of History and Culture of the settlement of Malakhovka, and the Lyubertsy Art Gallery.
