The museum displays photo and video materials, items of folk art and crafts, documents, photographs, and architectural monuments. The museum is a heritage of the past and presents the history of Kulundinsky District to contemporary visitors.

\r\nKulundinsky District Museum was opened in the 1980s. However, the early 1990s led to the suspension of the museum's activities. Only in 1998 did the Committee for Culture resume its reestablishment, and in 2003 the museum was opened to visitors. The exhibition presents the history and development of Kulundinsky District. Here you can see taxidermy of animals and birds, herbaria of the local flora, documents, photographs, architectural monuments and much more. The museum has become a legacy of the past that allows us to become acquainted with the history of Kulundinsky District. Here you can obtain a great deal of interesting information and gain a sense of what our ancestors were like.
