About museum
On October 7, 1977, a decision was made to establish the Museum of Labor Glory of the Solnechny Mining and Processing Plant. The project's initiators were the plant's Veterans Council, the plant director Igor Alekseyevich Musatov, and the chief geologist Mikhail Vasilyevich Matukhno. The museum's first exhibition was dedicated to ores and minerals from local mines. Over the course of the museum's existence, exhibits have been collected from all corners of the Far East. Currently the museum presents exhibitions on various themes: 'Kholdomi — the Bag of Treasures', 'They Fought for the Motherland', 'Traces of an Ancient Civilization', 'Visiting the Russian Home'.
