Kineshma Art and History Museum

\r\nKineshma Art and History Museum is the second oldest in the Ivanovo Region. It was founded in 1919 and includes items of painting, graphics, and decorative and applied arts from the estate of N. P. Ruzsky. Among them are works by prominent Russian artists of the 19th–early 20th centuries, as well as decorative and applied arts of the second half of the 19th century and porcelain manufactories of the Imperial Porcelain Factory, the M. S. Kuznetsov Partnership, the German Porcelain Factory in Thuringia, the Copenhagen, Vienna, and Meissen manufactories, and private factories of F. Gardner, A. Kiselev, and A. Popov. In addition, the museum offers visitors examples of living-room furniture in various styles and from different manufacturers. All this makes the museum very attractive to visitors.
