Historical Park 'Russia — My History. Perm Krai'

On December 12, 2017, the Historical Park 'Russia — My History. Perm Krai' was opened in Perm. It is not just a museum but a modern exhibition project. It allows visitors to trace the history of Russia from the earliest times to the present day using cutting-edge technologies. Video infographics, animation, 3D modelling and digital reconstructions were used in preparing the exhibition. The park is located in two historic city buildings that were specially restored to house the exhibitions. It features the 'Rurikids', 'Romanovs', 'From Great Upheavals to the Great Victory 1917–1945' and 'Russia — My History 1945–2016' displays. In total 42 themes are presented, each of which contains Perm regional content. Thus, visitors can learn not only about the country's history but also about the regional history of Perm Krai.
