Vykhino Gallery-Studio
About museum
In February 2012 an exhibition hall was established, taking its name from the merger of the 'Vykhino' and 'Pechatniki' halls, which had been operating since 1987. The hall receives more than 40,000 visitors a year. Three main areas of activity are provided here. The art studio functions as a platform for presenting the work of artists, designers and architects to the public. The art laboratory offers opportunities for professionals and residents of the southeastern part of Moscow to engage in experimental socio-cultural and artistic projects. In addition, it provides for the development of the Vykhino and Pechatniki district territories by their non-professional residents. In the future the art hall intends to position itself as a center of contemporary visual-plastic and project culture.
