House of the Artist, Stary Oskol

About museum

Artists of MBUK 'Stary Oskol Creative and Methodological Center' actively represent the city of Stary Oskol at international, all-Russian, and regional festivals and competitions. The Department of Fine, Decorative, and Applied Arts employs five artists, three of whom are members of the Union of Artists of Russia. In the exhibition hall, visitors can view the artists' works and take part in guided tours and master classes in visual arts and artistic textiles. Active participation in exhibitions and competitions enables the artists of MBUK 'Stary Oskol Creative and Methodological Center' to successfully promote the city of Stary Oskol and gain recognition for their work.
