The Alushta museum's collection has an interesting archaeological composition that includes ancient items spanning a wide chronological range from the mountainous and southern parts of Crimea. The museum conducts research and collects archaeological, ethnographic, documentary, and other materials related to the history of Alushta and Crimea. Today the museum's collection comprises more than 6,500 exhibits, including rare postcards, unique photographs, documents, books, and memorial complexes. These are important sources for the study of the history of the Alushta region.
