In the A.N. Radishchev Museum a quest-excursion "In Search of Radishchev's Will" was held for 7th-grade students of School No. 1 in the village of Grabovo, Bessonovsky District.
The schoolchildren set off on an exciting journey accompanied by Faina and Maria — sisters of Alexander Nikolayevich Radishchev. The well-dressed young ladies told their guests about the traditions of the noble family and the local way of life, and the housekeeper Akulina spoke about the everyday life and living conditions of the peasants.
During the quest, visitors learned important facts about the Radishchev family and identified places associated with the writer's life by solving logical puzzles encountered along the way. After completing a number of tasks in three exhibition buildings on the museum grounds, the children received a piece of a scroll containing a fragment of the writer's will. At the conclusion of the event, the quest participants assembled the full text of the will.
We invite everyone to attend the quest-excursion "In Search of Radishchev's Will." The event is available both with an admission ticket and via the Pushkin Card.
