About museum

In 2013 the exhibition hall of the Sapozhkovskaya Children's School of Arts was opened; it houses a museum of folk art and a ceramics classroom where sculpture and modeling classes are held for students of the art department. The head of the exhibition hall is Tatyana Viktorovna Skoblina; she conducts tours for students and master classes on the Sapozhkov toy. The hall hosts exhibitions of works by professionals, amateurs, and masters of decorative and applied arts. Between 12 and 15 exhibitions are held each year, and attendance reaches up to 2,500 people.
