Cherepovets Exhibition Hall

In 1980 an Exhibition Hall was opened in Cherepovets, showcasing works of painting, graphics, sculpture and decorative and applied arts. New exhibitions are held every month with varying themes, designs and presentations, including contemporary art shows, solo exhibitions by local artists and participants of the MOOH "Sunny Square." The Exhibition Hall hosts meetings with artists, concerts of classical music and bard songs, and master classes. There is also a Resource Center for the creative development of children and adolescents, which runs creative programs based on the interaction of art, science and education, for example "Mathematics and Visual Arts", "From Quill to Ballpoint Pen" and a series of classes called "The Alchemy of Art".
