About museum

In Rostov Oblast the only exhibition of military equipment is presented: tanks, armored personnel carriers, artillery pieces, aircraft, missiles and more. All the military hardware displayed outdoors is available for viewing. The site houses the former sunken command post of the North Caucasus Military District — an underground two-tier bunker built in the 1960s with numerous rooms and large halls. Mass events are held on its grounds, such as games and contests for children, tea parties and other activities. In addition, the site includes a recreation area.
