In the very heart of Tula, a creative space was opened in April 2018 as part of a joint project between private investor Mikhail Shelkov and the state corporation Rostec, with active support from the leadership of the Tula Region. Here you can enjoy delicious coffee and attend many interesting events: exhibitions, concerts, masterclasses and lectures. At the Multimedia Machine Tool Museum visitors can learn about the history of industry in Tula and Russia. The project hosts enterprises such as "Books at Oktava" (a library, lecture hall and bookshop), the Higher Technical School, the Pro. Park tech lab and the Oktava Lab recording studio.
