Likhino-Dulevo Local History Museum
About museum
Likhino-Dulevo Local History Museum was opened on November 28, 1997. At the time of opening the museum's archive contained only 740 exhibits, but over 14 years of operation the number of exhibits grew to 22,000. The museum has 7 halls where visitors can learn about the history of the town of Likino-Dulevo and the origin of its name, see 19th-century household items and a handloom, visit a small room representing housing for three families, hear stories about workers' everyday life, learn about the history of Dulevo porcelain production and watch a video. The museum plays an important role in the cultural and spiritual life of the town and nearby settlements. Each year it is visited by more than 4,500 people who take away knowledge, impressions and love for their land.
