Tatyshlinsky Historical and Local Lore Museum

In January 2010 the Tatyshlinsky Historical and Local Lore Museum was opened. It is located on the first floor of the new and spacious building of the Children's Creativity Center. Previously, a literary and local history museum operated in this center, but it was quite cramped and small. The museum is now developing; it constantly receives new local history materials, and exhibits and collections have been assembled. The museum's exhibition consists of several sections: "Ancestral History", "Ethnography", "The District in 1917–1941", "Pioneer and Komsomol Organizations", "Memory and Glory to the Defenders of the Fatherland", "Tatyshly: People, Events, Years", "They Brought Fame to the Region", "Areas of the District's Activity". The museum attracts many visitors and enables them to get acquainted with the history and culture of the district.
