About museum

In 1964 the Taseevsky Museum was opened; it was founded on a voluntary basis and with the active participation of P. I. Novitsky. It presents the history of the village, the partisan movement, the Decembrists and political exiles, as well as other events and periods. The museum's collections include works by well-known Krasnoyarsk artists and other exhibits that allow visitors to feel the unbroken continuity of time. The Taseevsky Museum plays an important role in cultural life and serves as the district's calling card. Here everyone can find interesting information about the past of Taseevsky and of all Russia.
