SyrKultProsvet - a center of industrial and gastronomic tourism unlike any other in Russia!
Visitors are given a unique opportunity not only to learn about the history of cheesemaking, but also to step into the very heart of our factory and see modern cheese production carried out according to a domestic recipe that was developed on Yaroslavl soil as far back as the 19th century. In the tasting room, under the guidance of a cheese sommelier, you can enjoy a collection of our factory's traditional and organic cheeses. In the interactive space — the building of the former "milk-receiving" station — you can create your own virtual cheese packaging in the laboratory, watch themed films in the cinema, and take a souvenir photo in the original photo zone.
At the end of this fascinating journey, guests are welcomed by the restaurant "SyrBor" — an ultra-modern space where Uglich cheese is an indispensable ingredient in the signature dishes by brand chef Grigory Mosin. Authentic cuisine, reinterpreting historical traditions, will be an excellent source of good mood and positive impressions from visiting the museum-factory "SyrKultProsvet".
