On December 9, 2017, the Priobsky Historical and Local History Museum was opened, featuring 536 exhibits. It is located in two halls. The first contains displays dedicated to the history of the town of Priobye, the life of the small-numbered indigenous peoples of the North, the Great Patriotic War, and the wars in Afghanistan and Chechnya. The second hall contains exhibits reflecting the everyday life and creativity of the settlement's residents. The museum also has a display dedicated to Tatyana Alexandrovna Mashinina, the initiator of the museum's opening.
