Omsk Enlightenment Museum was founded on March 18, 1998. It is one of the most important historical, cultural and educational centers of the Omsk Region. The museum runs numerous projects aimed at promoting the historical heritage of Harbin residents who lived in Russia in the last century. The museum's exhibitions cover a wide range of topics: the history of school writing instruments, youth movements, and computer technology. Visitors can learn about the everyday life of the Russian emigration in China and other historical aspects.
