About museum

The Nikiforovsky Museum displays artifacts, documents, and other materials that provide insight into the district's history. The collection includes taxidermy specimens, household items, and examples of applied folk arts; visitors can learn about the area's fauna and the way of life of its people in the past. The museum has six halls devoted to different themes and historical periods. Visitors can explore the exhibitions on their own, participate in themed events, or book a guided tour. The museum also operates two interest clubs: 'Young Local Historian' for children and 'In the Circle of Friends' for adults.
