Lectures, concerts, master classes, exhibitions and other events are held at the Museum and Exhibition Center. The Museum and Exhibition Center in the town of Zarechny was opened on May 30, 1984, and is located within the territory of the closed administrative-territorial formation (ZATO). Here visitors can embark on an exciting journey into the past and gain an understanding of life in the Soviet Union, as well as the specific mentality of residents of a closed city. The museum presents historical images and the chronicle of the construction of the defense complex, as well as more than 60,000 exhibits covering all historical periods of the town and the Penza Region. The museum hosts permanent and temporary exhibitions, lectures, concerts, master classes, and other events.
