The V. M. Grigora Museum of Military Glory is a unique place for the patriotic education of the younger generation. The museum opened on April 24, 2010, in honor of the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The museum's ideological inspirer is Vasily Grigora. The museum houses more than a thousand items, including collections of awards and medals, documents and photographs, personal belongings of Great Patriotic War veterans, as well as uniforms and equipment of 20th-century soldiers. The collection and formation of the museum's holdings began as early as 2008, and success was achieved thanks to contributions from search parties, enterprises, entrepreneurs, and city residents. The Museum of Military Glory is an indispensable place for the patriotic education of the younger generation, bringing moral and spiritual satisfaction to all participants.
