Zurab Tsereteli Museum-Workshop
About museum
On Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street in Moscow there is an architectural monument built by merchant Vasily Gorbunov at the end of the 19th century. Over the past decades it has undergone significant changes: cheerful clowns have appeared on the facade of the annex, and the area in front of the building has been transformed into an open-air museum. It houses a collection of works by Zurab Tsereteli, as well as monumental sculptures, mosaics and stained glass. More than 250 works of painting, graphic art, enamel and easel sculpture are exhibited across three floors of the site. The exhibition on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya is constantly changing and is shaped by the artist himself. This unusual place attracts many visitors and allows them to immerse themselves in a fantastic atmosphere.
