The Museum of the History of Shalinsky District is an institution that works with audiences of all ages. It houses exhibits collected by the residents of Shalinsky District. Five halls operate as part of a permanent exhibition. Numerous themed exhibitions are organized throughout the year. There are traveling and mobile exhibitions that operate across the entire district. Various events, competitions and celebrations take place within the museum's walls. There are children's venues, matinees, class hours, lessons in patriotic education for youth, mentoring/orientation events for conscripts and graduates. Wedding and family ritual celebrations.
