About museum
Krasnoyarsk Art Museum named after V.I. Surikov is a place that brings together lovers of many different forms of art.
The museum's collection comprises more than 16,000 items — works by Kandinsky, Malevich, Shishkin, Repin, Levitan, Aivazovsky, Kramskoi, Surikov and many other great artists, as well as examples of decorative and applied arts by Siberian and capital masters and the legendary porcelain factories — Dulevo, Leningrad and others.
The museum regularly holds master classes for children and adults, an educational immersion course into the profession of an art restorer "Alchemy in the Museum", hosts museum lectures, special programs and art-therapy sessions for people with disabilities, as well as educational programs: "Faculty of Arts" — a course of lectures and seminars, "Art.Point" — classes for teenagers.
The museum has three buildings:

Every 2–3 months the museum opens new exhibitions in all three buildings.
