Zavyalovsky District Historical and Local Lore Museum

\r\nOn November 16, 1973, the Zavyalovsky Historical and Local Lore Museum was opened, featuring exhibitions: "District Archaeology", "Hall of Military Glory", "Russian izba (peasant house)", "Meet the Zavyalovsky District", as well as temporary exhibitions. The museum's collections consist of authentic documents and items from various years. A significant contribution to the creation and development of the museum was made by N. M. Kashevarov, A. A. Belous, P. P. Belko, I. I. Sobolev, A. A. Ivkov, P. A. Shmaliy and others. The museum hosts presentations and guided tours, meetings of local residents with younger generations, festivals and master classes. Programs "My Small Homeland" and "Native Land" have been created for people with disabilities and children from difficult backgrounds. Museum staff have been awarded district- and regional-level honors. Thanks to their work and creativity, the museum association "Istoki" (Origins) offers active participation in district life to older people.
