A 19th-century merchant's urban estate located on the picturesque bank of the Tvertsa River — a developing museum art residence and Children's Cultural Center.
The Children's Cultural Center 'Mansion on the Embankment' is a new direction in the activities of VIEM, launched in 2021. The main goal of the center is to develop the creative potential of children and adults through master classes in various fields of decorative and applied arts, and to provide immersion in history as part of a lecture series. The cultural center hosts inclusive museum projects, including online formats.
