The Ingush State Museum of Local Lore named after T. Kh. Malsagov is the main museum of the Republic of Ingushetia, dedicated to the history and culture of the region. The museum has two branches: the G. Akhriev Museum in the village of Furtoug and the S. Ordzhonikidze Museum in the village of Muzhichi. In addition, the museum serves as a research-methodological center on museum studies and conducts scientific, educational, and outreach activities.
