Yelets City Park
About museum
Yelets City Park is a favorite place for walks among young people since the times of Bunin and Prishvin. Here you can see a stone grotto with a gazebo and a cast-iron fountain by P. I. Rostovtsev, as well as the architectural composition 'Grotto' by A. N. Zausaylov with a pond that imitates the Black Sea. The park covers 3.2 ha and is a natural monument formed by the merging of the old city garden, the botanical garden and a number of homesteads. It is a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
