Hermann Brachert House Museum

In Otradnoye, Svetlogorsky District, on the shore of the Baltic Sea, there is a museum dedicated to the life and work of the German sculptor Hermann Brachert (1890–1972). It was opened in 1993 in the house where the artist lived with his family from 1933 to 1944. The museum displays works created by Brachert at different periods, as well as photographs from the family archive. In addition, the museum grounds include a sculpture park exhibiting works by Hermann Brachert and works by contemporary sculptors. The museum's collection also includes works by European and Russian sculptors of the 20th–21st centuries and examples of unique and printed graphic art.
