"Pushkinskaya-10" is a place that brings together fifteen art galleries, music clubs, a recording studio, a children's theater, and thirty-eight creative workshops. It is also home to the only Museum of Nonconformist Art in Russia, featuring a collection of works by well-known artists and musicians from the second half of the 20th century and contemporary Russian art. The art center hosts month-long exhibitions showcasing a variety of contemporary art.
