ART Center 'Krasny' is a place that attracts people interested in art as well as professional artists. The ART Center hosts various exhibitions: thematic and solo shows. Since 2015, 60 exhibitions have been held, for example, 'The Life of Remarkable Things', 'The Life of Remarkable People', 'Fish Day', 'The Life of Remarkable Cats' and others. The authors of these works are members of the Union of Artists of Russia. The ART Center's exhibitions attract a large audience of different ages and social backgrounds. There is also the 'Art Region' project — traveling exhibitions of works by Siberian artists to museums in the Novosibirsk Region. The ART Center hosts master classes, lectures, round tables, seminars, creative meetings and literary-musical evenings. In addition, the annual interregional children's drawing competition 'I Am from Siberia' is held, with art schools and studios from the Siberian Federal District participating.
