Arsenyev Local History Museum
About museum
In 1992, at the initiative of local‑history teacher Boris Rudolfovich Bal'tsev, the Local History Museum was established. Boris studied the history of his native region for many years and made it his profession. He visited archives, led hikes with his students, and conducted archaeological and ethnographic expeditions. Thanks to his tireless work, the museum gradually accumulated a large collection that fully represents the history of the district. The museum is now located in ten halls and tells about peasant life, the Great Patriotic War, notable locals, and much more.
