\r\nThe Municipal cultural institution Allaikhovsky Museum of Tundra Nature and Hunting Industry named after D. A. Lebedev is located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The museum's main task is to fully portray the nature of the Indigirka tundra of the Allaikhovsky ulus, as well as to promote reindeer herding, hunting and fishing, which are the primary activities of the local indigenous population. The museum also aims to stimulate interest in the history of the native land, and in the art and culture of the peoples of the North. The museum houses departments of the history of the Allaikhovsky ulus, nature and ethnography. In addition, there is a branch "How Our Ancestors Lived" 17 km from the settlement of Chokurdakh. The Allaikhovsky Museum is the calling card of the Allaikhovsky ulus, and it is known not only in its home ulus, the republic and Russia, but also worldwide.
