Exhibition "Cultivating Taste. Artistic Treasures from the Collection of the Arkhangelskoye Museum-Reserve"

The exhibition is devoted to the themes of cultivating taste, the trends of artistic fashion from the 18th century to the first third of the 19th century, and the penetration of aesthetics and various styles into the everyday life of the nobility. The exhibition presents about 150 items from the collection of the Yusupov princes: graphics, paintings, sculpture, lighting fixtures, furniture, tableware, books and other household items and interior decorations. Also featured are individual items from the collections of Prince P.P. Vyazemsky (Ostafyevo estate), Count S.S. Uvarov (Porechye) and the Golitsyn princes (Nikolskoye-Uryupino). The uniqueness of the exhibition lies in the fact that some items never left the reserve collection and are being shown to the general public for the first time.
Exhibition "Evgeny Rogov: Russia Celebrated in Glass"

Rogov's Crystal
To mark the 105th anniversary of Evgeny Rogov's birth, the Maltsov Crystal Museum opened the exhibition "Russia Celebrated in Glass." Evgeny Ivanovich Rogov was the leading glass designer who made the products of the Gus Crystal Factory famous worldwide. Most of Evgeny Ivanovich's life was spent at his native enterprise: he came here right after school and stayed for life, eventually becoming the factory's chief artist. The master created over 300 works, including pieces with the signature diamond cut and mass-produced services, vases, plates and goblets that adorned the sideboards of Soviet families.
Exhibition "Sculpture of Color. Natella Toidze. Paintings"

Author: Natella Toidze
Natella Toidze is an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and a laureate of the Gold Medal of the Russian Academy of Arts. The artist's creative future was predetermined from childhood. Her grandfather, Moisey Toidze, was a People's Artist of the USSR, and her father, Georgy Toidze, was a well-known sculptor. Toidze's works are characterized by a unique style: she truly "sculpts" and structures landscapes with brushstrokes, which gives the canvases an ornamental, decorative quality. In addition, the artist has a creed: despite technical difficulties and changeable weather conditions, she prefers to work on large canvases and paints landscapes only outdoors.

Konstantin Korovin "At the Tea Table"
The international project "Tea? Coffee? The Soul and Traditions of Hospitality" is held with the support of the Russian Ministry of Culture, the Russian Association of International Cooperation (RAMS), the Public Chamber of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the art project "Through the Eyes of the Artist." The main goal of the exhibition is to unite the cultural traditions of Russia, Indonesia and Sri Lanka in one space. The Russian side presented faience and porcelain butter dishes and sugar bowls produced at the Kuznetsov factory in the late 19th – early 20th centuries, and contemporary paintings by Russian artists: A. Mirzoyan, D. Karacheva, A. and M. Smirnov. The international part of the exhibition features decorative and applied art objects from the personal collections of embassies of South and Southeast Asia.
Exhibition "Key to the Heart"

The Kizhi Museum-Reserve organized a "key" exhibition and presented more than 50 keys from the 19th–20th centuries and unusual items of that era. Here you can see souvenir, massive, romantic, samovar-related and miniature keys, each with its own story. Visitors will learn about the sacred significance of the key in world cultures and religions and about how keys helped our ancestors preserve household and love items.
